Abbotsford is one of the best places in B.C. to live. The job is to keep it safe, welcoming, and ready for growth — parks families use, businesses that can thrive, infrastructure that keeps up, and tax dollars spent responsibly.

Who he is

Independent. Local. On the ballot.

Skully White is a candidate for Abbotsford City Council. He is running as an independent. No elector organization.

He owns and operates Lullys Food Experience on South Fraser Way, and serves at Abbotsford Centre during events and Abbotsford Canucks games.

He has spent years running a local business, working with the public, organizing community events, supporting charities, and managing budgets. He says that work taught him to listen, collaborate, and look for practical solutions.

He is new to municipal government. He respects the people who have already served on council, and he is asking for the chance to represent residents with honesty, respect, and common sense.

Lullys Food Experience

Gourmet foot-long hot dogs, often on a pretzel bun, with homemade garlic relish and sauerkraut. The signature is the Dirty Dog — Montreal-style smoked meat and cheese curds.

Community work

Showing up for the city he already serves.

Hot dogs for life

In December 2020 he donated a kidney to a longtime customer.

Anyone who donates a kidney gets free hot dogs for life. He has helped match other local donors and recipients.

Kidney Alley opened January 30, 2024, beside the Lullys stand at Abbotsford Centre, sections 107–108, with people who need a kidney and local success stories.

The flea market

Revived the weekly Abbotsford Flea Market in June 2026 after the old Exhibition Park market folded in 2024, following more than 50 years.

Sundays. Vendor spots were $20. Free admission. Proceeds to Canadian Tire Jumpstart. It started in the Canadian Tire lot, then moved across from Rogers Forum because it got too busy.
